2. Mediation Contract

2.3 All prices stated during the booking process include the model’s fee and the Agency’s mediation commission.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1 Booking:
- Bookings can be made via telephone, email, or the Agency’s official website.
- Clients must provide accurate information during booking, including name, contact details, and event specifics.
- The Agency reserves the right to reject booking requests without explanation.
3.2 Payment:
- Payment must be made in full and discreetly handed to the model in an envelope before the service begins.
- Payments are made in the country’s currency where the service is provided.
3.3 Commission:
The Agency’s commission is included in the total price.
4. Cancellations and Changes
4.1 Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a €300 fee.
4.2 Changes must be coordinated with the Agency and require confirmation.
4.3 No-Shows will result in the full amount being charged.
5. Client Obligations
5.1 The client agrees to treat the model respectfully and follow applicable laws.
5.2 Misconduct, including harassment or illegal activities, will terminate the service without refund.
6. Liability Disclaimer
6.1 The Agency is not liable for the services provided by the model.
6.2 The Agency disclaims responsibility for the model’s actions or omissions.
7. Data Protection
7.1 Client data is handled per data protection laws and is not shared unless required by law.
8. Copyright and Confidentiality
8.1 The Agency’s content is protected by copyright and may not be reused without permission.
8.2 Confidentiality must be maintained regarding any shared information.
9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
9.1 These T&C are governed by English law.
9.2 The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
10. Final Provisions
10.1 Amendments to these T&C must be in writing.
10.2 Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
